ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance. In the words of the program, “ESG is a wide-ranging and fast-moving field. It provides a framework for assessing how a company is performing against its commitments to shape a better world.”

The annual list seeks to celebrate the talented female trailblazers and role models aged 35 and under from around the world who are at the forefront of ESG.
